If you send an enquiry. The form asks for your name, email address, your country, an optional telephone number, and your message. If you tell us whether you are buying or selling, we keep that with the enquiry so it reaches the right person.

If you simply browse. Our analytics record the pages you view and rough technical details — browser, device type, approximate location from your IP address. That is described in the cookie policy.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, financial details. Never enter bank or card information into this website; we will not request it here.

This is the part worth reading twice. When you send an enquiry it is delivered as an email to our sales address and is not written to any database on this website. There is no customer record, no CRM behind it, and no list you have been added to.

What that means in practice: your enquiry lives in our email, for as long as ordinary business correspondence does. It also means we cannot look up or delete “your record” here, because there is not one — a deletion request is a request to delete the correspondence.

We use your email address to reply to you. We do not add enquirers to a marketing list and we do not sell or share contact details.

One statistic is kept: that an enquiry happened — which aircraft it concerned, which country the sender chose, and when. It contains no name, no email address, and no message, so it is not about you; it tells us which aircraft draw interest and from where.

Running a website means other companies handle some of this on our behalf. These are the ones that do:

• Vercel — Hosts the website and keeps standard server logs.
• Convex — Stores the aircraft listings and the anonymous enquiry counts. No personal visitor data.
• Resend — Delivers enquiry emails to us.
• Google (Tag Manager and Analytics) — Measures how the site is used. See the cookie policy.
• CARTO and OpenStreetMap — Supply the map imagery. Loading a map reveals your IP address to them, as loading any image from another site does.
• Clerk — Signs in our own staff. Visitors never create an account.

Some of these are based outside your country, so your information may be handled elsewhere. We choose providers that commit to appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Depending on where you live — under the GDPR in Europe and the UK, or POPIA in South Africa — you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it.

Write to info@aviation-sales.com and we will deal with it. Because enquiries are not stored in a database, in most cases this concerns email correspondence.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, you can complain to your data protection regulator — the Information Regulator in South Africa, the ICO in the United Kingdom, or your national authority in the EU.

This site sells aircraft to businesses and adults. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and move the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle enquiries will be described rather than quietly edited in.
